I have been a customer of West Kent Housing Association for several years now and I must say they have been doing a decent job. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always respond promptly to any maintenance issues. The only complaint I have is that sometimes it takes a bit longer than expected to get a response from their customer service department. Overall, I would rate them as average.
