I recently purchased some items from a company. The website was easy to use, and the products were of good quality. However, I had a few issues with the delivery process. The package arrived later than expected, and there was some damage to one of the items. The customer service team was helpful in resolving these issues, but it was still a bit frustrating. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
