I had a mixed experience with Exitcom recycling gmbh. Although their website exitcom.de is easy to use and they offer a variety of recycling options, their customer service needs improvement. The representatives were not very helpful and it took longer than expected to get my queries resolved. However, I appreciate their efforts towards recycling and hope they can improve their customer service.
