I had the pleasure of visiting Astral - taller de pan artesanal and it was a delightful experience. The aroma of freshly baked bread filled the air as soon as I walked through the door. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain the different types of bread they offered. The bread itself was amazing, with a perfect crust and soft, chewy interior. I especially enjoyed the artisanal sourdough, which had a complex flavor profile. The only downside was the limited seating, but it was well worth the wait.
