I had a mixed experience with Ugly Guppy Screen Printing. While the print quality on my t-shirts was good, I found the customer service to be lacking. The team was slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't provide clear communication throughout the process. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in their customer service department.
