I have been a customer of Progress Technologies, INC for several years now and I must say that their service has always been average. While they do a decent job, there have been times when I feel they could have done better. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the response time for support requests could be faster. Overall, I would rate my experience with Progress Technologies, INC as average.
