My experience with the Framingham public library foundation has been average. While the online platform, fplf.org, is easy to use and offers a decent selection of books, I found the staff to be somewhat lacking in knowledge and enthusiasm. The library could benefit from more attractive and comfortable reading areas. Overall, it's an acceptable option for bookworms, but improvements are needed.
