My experience with Google Flights was satisfactory. The website was easy to use, and the prices were reasonable. However, I encountered some issues during the booking process, which required me to contact customer service. Although they were able to resolve the issues, it took longer than expected. That being said, I appreciate the efforts made by the customer service team to assist me. In terms of overall experience, I would rate it as average.
