I recently switched my insurance to another company after being with Rural Mutual Insurance for a few years. Although their rates were competitive, I found their customer service to be lacking. It was difficult to get in touch with someone and they were not very helpful in addressing my concerns. I decided to switch to a company that provided better customer support.
