My experience with Exclusively Hybrid was average. The staff was courteous and helpful, but I felt that some of the information provided was lacking. The website was easy to use, but I would have appreciated more detailed specifications about the hybrid cars. The buying process was smooth, but I had some minor issues with the after-sales service. Overall, it's an okay experience, but there is room for improvement.
