I recently had some grinding work done by a company I found online. The job was done well, and I am satisfied with the outcome. However, I would like to mention that the communication could have been better. When I contacted them, I had to repeat my requests a few times before they fully understood what I needed. Overall, the service was good, but there is room for improvement.
