Steve and the team have sold two properties for us in Leicester - whilst I knew Steve previously, I was initially concerned about using an agent not based in the city. As it turned out I should not have worried! Steve was professional, good value and always responsive; and supported us every step of the way. The property sold really quickly and the whole process was completely hassle-free - we subsequently used Picker Elliott again, and once again the property sold and the experience was spot on! Would 100% recommend this local business :)
