I had an average experience with Austin Air Rescue. While their technicians were able to fix the issue with my air conditioning system, the overall service was mediocre. The customer service was lacking, and the technicians didn't seem as knowledgeable as I had hoped. The repairs took longer than expected, and I had to call multiple times to get updates. Overall, decent service, but not outstanding.
