I had a mixed experience with Optegrity Solutions, LLC. Their customer service was excellent and they were always quick to respond to any inquiries. However, I did experience some issues with their product, and it took longer than expected for them to resolve the problem. Overall, their service was average and I would consider using them again in the future.
