These guys did a great job loading and unloading, but the administrative side of things messed up my preferred delivery date from what I had told the sales guy. Turns out it took SEVEN days to get my furniture from Portland to San Francisco.... WAY too long in my opinion, and no one would even apologize. Just said that was their "delivery window" and the way it was. That may be, but in my humble opinion, 7 days for 600 miles is excessive.
