Awful experience. Zero class service. I would have been better off going to Starbucks. They treated me like garbage. Snobs and rushed me off. I waited 10 minutes for someone to even recognize me. I will be contacting the Manager of the Hotel. I asked the concierge to charge my phone charger. When I went to pick it up he asked for a receipt. I never got one. Rude, obnoxious young man who needs lessons on manners.
