This is the WORST company to do business with. I've ordered something from them two times and they screwed up my order both times - 2012 and 2015. I just ordered a part on 3-9-15 in the early afternoon. Later that day the status stated -processed, will ship today. Two days later the status hadn't changed. I called on 3-11 to find out and was told it would ship that day and upgraded my shipping. The next day, 3-12, I get an email saying, Sorry, that item is on back order and don't when it will come in, and gave me a refund. Meanwhile, I lost a customer and Yuri didn't care and didn't want to help me. He just laughed and said, Sorry nothing we can do. This is typical of their customer service. This is a Mickey Mouse operation. They never know what they have in stock. They're just guessing. DO NOT ORDER from them. They will just mess it up
