The stay at Millennium Resort Hangzhou was alright. The room was clean and comfortable, but nothing exceptional. The staff was helpful when needed, but not overly friendly. The location was convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a decent experience, but I expected a bit more from a resort hotel.
