The only thing keeping me from moving out of South Florida is this place!!

John, Martin, Osei, and Tamer ( and all the other instructors I've never had before ) are just plain amazing and aspirational for all. These people are the nicest people I have met down here! They create such a positive and welcoming environment that you feel like home and never want to leave! Also have to give kudos to my classmates who push everyone else on. I started this on a Groupon and have stayed for a year ever since. This place has physically and mentally affected my life in such a positive way that make me really look forward to leaving the daily grind just to go to kickboxing.

This is an amazing place to go and better yourself, make wonderful friends, and learn great life lessons, all while learning martial arts. You will not be disappointed with your experience.
