I have been a customer of Paragren Technologies, Inc. for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The quality of their products is okay, but there is definitely room for improvement. I have had a few issues with their customer support in the past, as it took them a while to respond to my queries. However, they were able to resolve my issues eventually.
