I recently purchased some products from Elegant Essence and I must say, I am highly disappointed with the quality. The products were not up to the mark and didn't deliver the promised results. I expected better from a company that claims to be the best in the industry. The customer service was also unresponsive and didn't address my concerns properly. I would not recommend Elegant Essence to anyone.
