I recently switched to Mako Energy and I must say I'm impressed. The rates are competitive and the service is reliable. The website is intuitive and easy to navigate. I appreciate the transparency they provide regarding billing and usage. The only recommendation I have is for them to enhance the mobile app for better user experience. Apart from that, I have no complaints.
