I pay $300 yearly to be in good standing in MD and...

I pay $300 yearly to be in good standing in MD and the good standing status certificate should be provided for the annual fees. I shouldn't have to pay another $42.00 to obtain a certificate of good standing on top of the fees I already pay to be in good standing. It's ridiculous! They e-mail me the document. No one has to do anything, its all automated.
