The women at the front desk are very professional, yet in a friendly manner. The spa has a very peaceful quality, which is what it is all about. My massage therapist is absolutely the BEST. (Iryna). She really knows body anatomy and what to do when a certain area is giving me a problem. She is quite. When she needs to ask a question, her voice is almost like a whisper. When I want a massage, I don't like being talked to. I came for tranquility and body work, not to have a conversation. I like this about her. She is the only therapist I want!!
