Outstanding experience. They worked with us to take a 20-year old bath and thoroughly update it and make it more functional. At our consultation(s) in the store Mike was prepared, didn't rush the process, listened and played off of our input to arrive at solutions. They were flexible with materials and offered an out-of-the-box approach to provide us with more storage and useful space. The craftsmanship of the installer was well beyond our expectations (tile work = WOW) and the attention to detail was impressive. Even our neighbors noticed the trust and respect for our home (laying down plastic, managing dust, etc.) they gave us. We didn't hesitate to work with them again on our master bath -- because a few years ago they did so well in transforming our kitchen.
