👍 My overall experience with Small Steps Academy LLC has been fairly satisfactory. The staff members are friendly and caring, ensuring that my child feels comfortable in their care. The curriculum covers the basic educational needs, but I feel like there could be more focus on individualized attention and development. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. However, I would appreciate more communication and involvement from management. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
