I have been a customer of United Way's Center for Nonprofits for over a year now and I must say that their services are average. While they do provide support to local non-profit organizations, I feel that their response time could be improved. There have been times when I have had to wait longer than I would like for a resolution to my inquiries. However, their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, which is a plus. Overall, I would rate them as average and hope to see improvements in their response time.
