I have been using Advanced Billing Concepts for the past year and I must say that their service is just average. It gets the job done, but there is room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and the billing process is straightforward. However, the customer support could be more responsive and helpful. Overall, I would give them a 3 out of 5 rating.
