I bought a tractor recently and overall it's been okay. The performance is good and it meets my needs, but the customer service could be improved. I had some difficulties with the delivery process and it took longer than expected. The tractor itself is reliable, but I wish the company would have been more transparent about the delivery timeline. Despite these issues, I'm satisfied with the product.
