I had an average experience with Volume11 Media. The website v11media.com was easy to navigate, but the overall service was just okay. I expected more from a company with such a great reputation. The team was responsive, but the creativity and innovation were lacking. I think they need to step up their game to compete with other media companies. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
