The customer service at Pretherm gmbh is excellent. I had a question about one of their products and their support team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They provided me with all the information I needed and even offered some additional suggestions. I was extremely satisfied with their level of service and will definitely be purchasing from Pretherm again in the future. Highly recommended!
