I recently used their services to manage my rental property and I was satisfied with the overall experience. 🏠 The staff were friendly and responsive. However, I did encounter some communication issues and delays in getting maintenance services scheduled. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the information to be somewhat limited. Billing and financial reporting were clear and organized. Overall, the experience was average. I appreciate the efforts of the team, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency.
