I recently ordered some custom laminated products from accurate laminated products. I must admit that I was not completely satisfied with the experience. The quality of the products was good, but the customer service was not up to the mark. 🤨 There were delays in response to my queries, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the updates. Although the website was user-friendly, the overall communication and coordination could have been better. The pricing was reasonable, but the lack of efficient customer service was a downside. I hope they can improve their communication and responsiveness to enhance the overall customer experience in the future.
