The Hoxton has been an average experience for me. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the rooms to be a bit small for my liking. The customer service was good overall, but I felt that some of the staff could have been more attentive. The location of the hotel is great though, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby.
