I recently purchased a shredder from their website and overall, the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good variety of products. However, the information provided about the products was limited, and I had to do extra research to find what I needed. The purchasing process was straightforward, but the delivery took longer than expected. On the positive side, the shredder itself works well and meets my needs. I appreciate the eco-friendly focus and the solid build quality. In the future, I hope they can improve their product information and delivery times for a more seamless experience. 😐
