As a regular shopper at this grocery store, I have found the selection of products to be satisfactory and the prices to be competitive. However, I have noticed that the store layout can be confusing at times, and it can take a while to find specific items. The customer service is generally polite, but there have been a few instances where staff seem overwhelmed and not as helpful as I would have liked. The online ordering system is easy to use, but there have been a few issues with out-of-stock items. Overall, it's an average experience, and I continue to shop here for convenience, but I do feel there is room for improvement in terms of organization and customer service.
