The experience with Sefop has been overall average. The quality of their products is decent, but the customer service could be improved. I had a few issues with my order, and it took them quite some time to resolve it. However, once the problem was addressed, they were helpful and provided a satisfactory solution. The website could also use some improvement in terms of user experience. Overall, I would say Sefop is an average company.
