I've had a Honda Insight for 20 years (yes, THAT Insight, not the more recent one) and have never had any complaints bringing it here for minor, major, or other services. I've had the clutch and battery packs replaced here, and they allowed me to use them with my personally-sourced replacement catalytic converter (charged only for labor, which wasn't bad at all). I've seen a lot of service folks come and go over the years but Carland remains a great location.
