I wish there was a lower rating for this sorry excuse for a buisness! the worst and I mean the worst experience i ve ever had with any customer service employees! sat on hold for almost 2 hours to wait for a manager and the representative put her phone on mute and hung the phone intentionally! never received a response in my unemployment assistance, mailed in and faxed in countless forms! am still never recieved my unemployment! it s been almost 8 freaking months and still no help from this sorry excuse of a buisness
