Beautiful hotel and casino . However, upon check in (11:30 pm) we were told that rooms were not cleaned yet. We were put in a smoking room and told that if he was too smoky to call the front desk. Well, of course the room was pretty unbearable and smelled like my old aunts house who was a smoker for 87 years. Like eyes burning smoky. So we called the front desk and was dismissed quickly. Asked to talk to a manager and she was also dismissive and instead of accommodating our request for a non smoking room, she told us we could leave. The Bellagio obviously does not care about their customers
