I had a mixed experience with Ticketease. While the website is easy to navigate and the ticket booking process is straightforward, I had some issues with the customer support. It took them a bit longer to respond to my queries, and the resolution provided was not satisfactory. However, the overall service was decent. I hope they improve their customer support in the future.
