It's a very upscale building and excellent location across from what was once White flint mall. I've contacted them a few times while looking for office space to lease and they were very good at getting back in touch and very willing to help. I will point out that you pay a premium for good service. However, it's worth the extra expense.
Other pluses are the on-site parking, up scale lobbies and touch screen directory. Really great perk is the automated barista machine.
If you can afford upscale office space in Bethesda, then I recommend you should check out BECO in North Bethesda as a competitive advantage.
