I recently made a purchase from a company that I won't name, but let's just say I was not impressed. The quality of the products was subpar, and the customer service was lacking. I wish I had known about Ansamble earlier, as I have heard great things about them. From what I've seen, their products are of high quality and their customer service is top-notch.
