This is my first review of Feedalpha and I must say it has been an average experience so far. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I find that the customer support can be improved. They often take a long time to respond to my queries and sometimes do not provide satisfactory answers. Overall, Feedalpha is an okay company.
