I recently availed services from an architecture firm and was disappointed with the outcome. The designs were just okay, but nothing great. The team seemed professional enough, but there was a lack of creativity in their work. I was expecting more unique and innovative ideas, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Moreover, the communication and delivery were smooth, but overall, I wouldn't say it was an excellent experience.
