Just arrived after a super long drive to be treate...

Just arrived after a super long drive to be treated inappropriately. Unfriendly and really bad customer service. Not used to this in a Radisson Hotel and we haven t even entered our room yet. Last time for me to visit this hotel. More training in customer service is definitely needed!!

Additional to that: we just entered the room and the bathroom is disgusting.. what is this????
