Seller mentioned that the model initially bought was out of stock, hence upgraded a better model with no additional cost. Once received, we only got to know is a refurbished item/a display unit, was built in 2012. The condition of the all in one desktop, is not working properly--keep restarting or not able to access to the window, the sticker found feeling off & there is scratches found! Ask for refund/change, but was been rejected. Truly dishonest of the seller. DO NOT BUY! ELSE U WILL BE REGRET
