🌳💚 The Forest Therapy Centre is a hidden gem! I had the most relaxing time there, connecting with nature in a way that I never have before. The staff were wonderful and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The forest walks were incredibly calming, and I loved the meditation sessions amidst the peaceful surroundings. It's the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with yourself. Highly recommended! 💚🌳
