The Network of Asia & Pacific Producers is doing an average job at promoting fair trade. I appreciate their efforts, but I think there is room for improvement. The website fairtradenapp.org is informative and user-friendly, but it lacks a personal touch. I would love to see more interaction with customers and updates on their projects. Overall, it's an average experience.
