Purchased a custom house full of custom doors. Salesman was awful! You can track him down! Was never told about and special things that could be done for exterior doors like mortised lock sets. MOST custom door hardware is mortise type, never asked or told about that or optional "safe door" type locking systems. Was extremely difficult to find NICE hardware in non mortise type! One exterior door had to be shipped three times. Hinges were shipped in wrong color and never discussed with us, salesman made the assumption what we wanted and never discussed with us, when questioned his only response was you approved the order and should have recognized the acronym for the wrong hardware. When asked who made the decision he said that was the current typical color. The additional hinges held up completion and cost an additional $1,250.00. Sad when spending $35k on doors! Buyer beware!
